Pro Mixing & Mastering By Eddie Ambition

In the realm of music production, wether recorded in a million dollar studio or in a bedroom, mixing and mastering is the crucial final steps that transform your song into a polished, professional-sounding track. No matter how expensive the studio or equipment, without quality mixing and mastering it will never sound professional or "industry quality". Likewise, with quality mixing and mastering even a bedroom recording can sound billboard ready.

Prices & FAQs

  1. How much do you charge for mixing and mastering?

$100 for a vocal mix and $200 for a fully tracked out mix.

  2. What's the difference between a vocal mix and a fully tracked out mix?

A Vocal mix is mixing the vocals on top of a pre-mixed beat, typically when the artist simply has a single WAV, Mp3, or Aiff file for the instrumental. This is the option that you'd go with if you DON'T have the beat steams. A fully tracked out mix is when you have the beat stems as well and every vocal and instrument in the beat is all mixed together in one session by the engineer. To do fully tracked out mix you'd need the trackout/stems for the beat from the producer. A beat trackout means each instrument in the beat is separated and has their own track (i.e kick, snare, hi hats, clap, bass, keys, guitar etc).

  3. What's the free session review?

Before mixing or even accepting payment I'll do a free session review. This is where I'll review your stems/trackout and make sure everything's ready to go and up to par to be mixed. If it is, we can proceed to mixing and if not, I'll let you know exactly what needs to be fixed or done before proceeding.

  4. What area are you in?

I am in Pg County, MD (DMV) but the beauty of mixing, mastering, and production is that I can work with artist all around the country as long as you have internet and a cell phone.

  5. Does it matter what DAW or software I use?

No. Any software you record in will work as long you recorded with an actual studio/condenser microphone. I would not recommend you to spend money mixing songs recorded with the mic on a pair of headphones.

  6. What forms of payment do you accept?

Zelle, Cash App, Paypal, and also credit card.

  7. Can I hear more songs that you've mixed?

Sure! I have a portfolio here.

  8. What is post production?

Post production can involve a lot. It can be vocal chops, beat chops, manual vocal tuning, song restructuring, creating harmonies, stacks, effect automation and much more. Check out this video here for a reference.
